Custom order process

Upon review and acceptance of the project, All custom orders will require a non-refundable down payment that will be applied to the final balance.

All prices are based on time and material costs. This means any custom orders that require new patterns or freehanded patterns may not have the full quote available until after completion of the piece.

Once the piece is complete and you are happy with the final plushie, I will send an invoice for the remaining balance. When the invoice is paid I will send your order out and wish it well on its journey home!

Processing Times

Everything is made to order and handmade by me! Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing time, if you would like a more specific eta please let me know in your initial communication.
